Founded in 2024 by Jordan Farris, our company was built on a simple promise: to help homeowners in Bloomington, Ellettsville, and the surrounding Monroe County communities transform their houses into homes that they truly love.

After years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling, Jordan Farris founded Farris Builders & Renovators to serve the community he calls home. His goal is to deliver exceptional craftsmanship, coupled with a transparent, trustworthy experience for homeowners where communication and collaboration are just as important as the final results.
Today, our team continues to build on that foundation, tackling projects both large and small with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for helping families bring their vision to life.

We cannot say enough about the incredible job Jordan & his brother did in installing a very heavy, 330 lb cast iron tub in our small bathroom. Maneuvering such a heavy piece was no easy feat, especially in a confined space, but they managed it with utmost care & precision.
Before even attempting to take on the project, Jordan spent time carefully analyzing the structure of our home. He even brought in an engineer to examine the floor studs to make certain it would safely support the weight not only of the tub, but the weight of the water when in use. This level of attention & preparation was beyond what we expected.
Abraham Lincoln said, “Give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.” That’s exactly what Jordan and his brother did – they were meticulous in their planning & preparation before starting the job. The installation went smoothly, the tub works flawlessly, & the extra support they added to the floor gives us peace of mind that it is safe & secure. Farris Builders and Renovators, led by this fantastic brother duo, comes highly recommended!
